We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sr. People Systems Analyst to join our energetic People team. This role is crucial for supporting our People systems and enhancements and requires 3 – 4 years of hand-on experience with large HCM platforms and other HR systems. You will be responsible for both the daily support and administration of our People platforms partnering with our IT team, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.
Your Impact
As a Sr. People Systems Analyst, your impact will be on critical team-level projects where you will own significant components, such as data management for our annual compensation cycle or reporting for key talent initiatives. You will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our People systems.
