Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our business and increase revenue. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to pursue them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and execute new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting potential new clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new market opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote products and services
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure products and services meet the needs of the market




- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities and track progress using CRM software
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, partners, and senior management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the relevant industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part
