Role Highlights:
- Equity Capital Markets (ECM): Advise on and execute IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and other listed equity transactions.
- REITs & InvITs (where applicable): Support structuring and execution of REIT and InvIT transactions, including regulatory compliance and filings.
- End-to-End Transaction Execution: Draft, review, and finalise offer documents, prospectuses, placement memoranda, trust deeds, and ancillary documentation.
- Regulatory Advisory: Provide guidance on SEBI regulations, including ICDR, LODR, and REIT/InvIT frameworks.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with merchant bankers, stock exchanges, regulators, and clients to ensure smooth transaction execution.

Ideal Candidate:
- Lawyer with 1–7 years of PQE (Associate / Senior Associate / Principal Associate), depending on level.
- Robust hands-on experience in capital markets execution,



particularly ECM transactions.
- For REITs/InvITs roles: demonstrated experience in execution and regulatory compliance under REIT and InvIT regulations.
- Educational background: LLB from a reputed law school.
- Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and capable of taking ownership of transactions at the relevant level.
