Job Summary:
The FMCG - Modern Trade Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and brand presence within the contemporary trade channel for our FMCG products. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the modern trade landscape and the ability to build strong relationships with key account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the modern trade channel.
•
Manage and develop relationships with key account managers at major modern trade retailers.
•
Oversee category management initiatives to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions.
•
Develop and execute trade marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
•




Monitor and analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
•
Manage a team of sales representatives (if applicable) and ensure they achieve their targets.
•
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate performance and insights to senior management.
