- B.Sc. Agriculture or relevant qualification
- Prior experience of working in Agri-tech company.
- Prior experience of working in a start-up.
- Knowledge on operations at different stages of crops
- Knowledge on cultivation practices followed by farmers
- Knowledge on poly house structure & management
- Communication skill
