Job Description:

We are seeking a QA Tester with AI testing expertise and programming skills to

validate and enhance AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have

experience in automated testing, AI model evaluation, and software validation

across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Testing & Model Validation:

Develop and execute test cases to ensure AI model fairness, accuracy, and

robustness.

Assess AI outputs for bias, performance, and correctness.

Implement automated test scripts for AI applications.

Test Automation & Scripting:

Develop and maintain test frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).

Create API and UI automation scripts (Python, Java, JavaScript).

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines

Functional & Performance Testing:

Perform end-to-end, regression, and performance testing for AI applications.
Validate system performance using JMeter, Postman, or LoadRunner.




Track and report defects using JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and DevOps to identify issues early.
Ensure AI applications align with best practices, industry standards, and ethical
guidelines.
Document and report test strategies, plans, and results.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software testing, including AI testing exposure.
Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Playwright,
Cypress).
Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
Proficiency in API testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
