Skills Required:
- Interior Design Knowledge:

Strong understanding of home décor, color coordination, space planning, and furniture layout to provide end-to-end design solutions.
- Customer-Centric Approach:

Ability to understand customer preferences and requirements, and translate them into practical and aesthetic design recommendations.
- Proficiency in Design Software:

Familiarity with interior design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, or company-specific platforms) to create layouts, especially for DS (Design Studio) sites including fitted furniture solutions.
- Retail Sales & Product Knowledge:

Ability to work in a retail workplace, with a thorough understanding of the product range and how to present options that best suit customer needs.
- Communication Skills:





Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, build rapport, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Consultation:
Provide complete design solutions to customers, including guidance on color schemes, décor elements, and furnishings, while understanding and incorporating the existing features of their homes.

Product Demonstration and Tools Usage:
Use various tools and technologies to assist customers in selecting the most suitable products from a wide range of home furnishing options.

Retail Engagement:
Work in a dynamic retail environment, engaging with a diverse customer base across different age groups and income levels, with a commitment to a 6-day workweek and 8.5-hour daily shifts.

Ensure a stress-free and enjoyable consultation experience for customers by maintaining a positive and service-oriented approach throughout the interaction.
