- Scheduling appointments for clients with designers regularly.
- Following set processes of fetching meetings, maintaining client worksheets etc
- Participating in onboarding sessions, review meets
- Following up with architects & designers for inquiries.
- Directly interacting with Clients from different building material industries like Marble, stones, furniture, lights, home automation, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Work collaboratively with team members and departments.
- Maintain daily activity reports & monthly reports




- Take up complete responsibility for completing the assigned projects with clients
