We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Domestic Recruiter to join our team. As a Domestic Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various domestic positions across different industries. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and a passion for matching top talent with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates for various domestic positions through job portals, social media, and other sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.




- Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and up to date.
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Follow up with candidates to gather feedback and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the successful fulfillment of hiring needs.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in domestic recruitment or HR.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
