We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our growing advisory team, with a focus on technical and commercial due diligence and strategic advisory in transportation and infrastructure (T&I;).
This is a senior role to work as part of the wider advisory team across end-to-end transaction cycles, including origination support, due diligence, investment decision-making, and post-deal strategic advisory - across a diverse portfolio of assets such as:
- Roads (toll roads, highways, expressways)
- Rail and metro systems
- Airports and aviation infrastructure
- Ports,
terminals, and logistics platforms
- Urban mobility (bus systems, EV infrastructure, intermodal hubs)
This is a unique prospect to work across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure asset classes, including transport technologies and energy infrastructure, while also providing exposure to a broader range of infrastructure sectors, including energy, transport and social infrastructure, across high-profile investment transactions and strategic advisory mandates.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of technical due diligence assignments for investors, lenders, and developers across transportation infrastructure assets
- Overseeing assessments covering:
- Asset condition, operations, and lifecycle performance
- Demand forecasts, traffic/revenue assumptions, and capacity utilisation
- Capex requirements (expansion, lifecycle, rehabilitation)
- O&M; strategies, contracts, and performance be
