The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with 10+ years of software development experience to lead the technical design and development of our comprehensive Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platform. This role requires a robust full-stack developer with expertise in enterprise application architecture, database design, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of full-stack software development experience and is comfortable working across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, business logic, SQL Server databases, automated testing, code reviews, and production issue resolution. Also, have 4+ years of experience in leading and guiding people with relevant directions.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design, develop, and enhance features for enterprise business applications.




- 2+ years leading/mentoring development teams
- Build clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established engineering standards.
- Develop and support frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and database components.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server to ensure data integrity, reliable access, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver reliable features.
- Analyze and resolve issues across environments, including production support when required.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and compliance with applicable internal and external procedures.
