MGS GCIB EMEA CoE and Americas KYC teams are responsible for managing and delivering services to a wide range of stakeholders across multiple functions. These include KYC Renewals, Onboarding, Quality Control (QC),



Quality Assurance (QA), Client Data Management and Regulatory Engagement, as well as First Line Control Testing across both the EMEA and US regions.
The Business Management function is responsible for supporting the management and business units within these functions from, a strategic, operational, risk and governance perspective ensuring the business maintains its ‘license to operate’. The Business Manager (BM) position is a strategic and execution-focused role responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, and business support across the functions.
BM acts as a key enabler to leadership, ensuring seamless coordination across HR, Finance, Global Administration (GA), and business teams, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and stakeholder trust.
