Job Description:
- EPC cost Estimation of Heavy Civil Infra (Highways, Bridges, Airports, Metro –elevated & underground TBM Tunnel)
- Reviewing Contractual Clauses and assessing risk at bidding stage and options of mitigating the same
- Rich knowledge in Rate Analysis, Direct-Costs, Indirect- Costs, Cash flow and Cost flow Pre- Contracts/ Post- contracts for underground & elevated metro rail, roads
- Manage complete Construction Project Management activities including preparation of resource allocation & scheduling, budget preparation
- Formulating business plans/ budgets/ estimates for current projects.
