ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Account Director – Public Safety, you will lead strategic business development initiatives across South India, driving enterprise adoption of Awiros' AI-powered Computer Vision platform. You will engage with CXOs, technology leaders, system integrators, and channel partners to identify growth opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and deliver large-scale enterprise solutions.
Depending on your experience, the role and responsibilities may be aligned to either the Account Director or Senior Account Director level, with ownership over high-value strategic accounts and regional business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Own revenue growth across Enterprise and Government accounts within the assigned region.
● Identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities across target industries and public sector organizations.
● Build long-term relationships with CXOs, government stakeholders, consultants, System Integrators, and channel partners.
● Lead complex, consultative sales engagements from prospect identification through deal closure.




● Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
● Expand existing customer relationships while acquiring new strategic accounts.
● Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast business effectively, and consistently achieve revenue targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
● 5–10 years of Enterprise and/or Government B2B sales experience.
● Proven experience selling enterprise technology or software solutions.

● Strong executive presence with experience managing strategic customer relationships.
● Experience driving regional business growth and handling complex enterprise engagements.
● Willingness to travel as required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
● Enterprise and Government sales across Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics, Aviation, Smart Cities, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure.
● Experience selling AI, Computer Vision, Video Analytics, IoT, SaaS, Enterprise
