Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Management of medical emergencies and injuries.
- Hand ling of day to day OPD treatment for walk in patients in OHC.
- Complete coordination and execution of Statutory Health check up.
- Deriving Health Index of all permanent employees of the plant as per Hand W policy.
- Implementation of measures to improve health index of all the employees.
- Implementation of all statutory requirements of OHC and OHSAS audit preparation.
- Hand ling of all medical administration activities.
- To train OHC staff to upgrade their functional competencies.
- Medical budget related activities
