We are seeking a energetic and experienced General Manager of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the growth of our organization. The General Manager of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, managing the marketing team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading marketing teams and developing successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, including setting performance objectives, providing feedback, and identifying development opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and track the return on investment of marketing initiatives
- Conduct market research andlysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for grt owh
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including print and digital advertising, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and event planners, to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives

Desired Candidates Profile:-
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
