The Role
Part of the broader Addepar Data organization, you will be the primary authority on the operational administration and integrity of market data. This is a transformative leadership mandate: we are looking for an architect to take full ownership of the role, build the team,
and evolve our market data operations into a best-in-class function that supports $9T+ in platform assets.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Transform: You are responsible for designing the roadmap for Market Data operations. You will lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team, turning the function into a center of excellence that balances technical integrity with commercial agility.
- Mentorship: Actively upskill the team in complex licensing frameworks and data observability, ensuring every team member is an expert in the "Addepar way" of data management.
- Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for the "who, what, and how" of data access, ensuring we stay ahead of audit requirements and vendor evolutions.
- Access Architecture: Manage and audit user access to market data (internal and external benchmark and market data) ensuring strict adherence to complex redistribution scenarios and vendor-specific restrictions.
