About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Growth Manager to own and deliver growth targets for credit card sales and loan disbursements at CashKaro/BankKaro.



The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in scaling growth for a consumer-facing B2C app in India, with a bias towards fintech (preferred but not mandatory). This role requires a hands-on operator who thrives on high-frequency experimentation, sharp data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own growth targets for credit card sales and loan disbursements, ensuring consistent achievement and exceeding of monthly/quarterly goals.
- Drive growth experiments end-to-end: from ideation, design, and execution to measurement, analysis, and scaling.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Brand, Content, and Partnerships to execute growth initiatives.
- Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-backed strategies to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
