Stalwart Themius is hiring a highly motivated and experienced Junior Executive - HR to join our client's team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HR best practices and be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR activities from recruitment to exit, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints and grievances.
- Provide HR support to employees, including answering questions, providing training, and resolving issues.
- Track and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting and IT background.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
