Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:

Become an integral member of the FP&A; team at Colgate India, where you will be the financial steward for the

Toothpaste business. This role demands a strong ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities :




- Developing and driving strategic pricing decisions to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
- Conducting thorough evaluations of promotional activities, including ROI analysis, to optimize marketing effectiveness; ensuring we do what is right for the business.
- Taking ownership of the profitability management for Toothpaste brands.
- Be the key business partner for Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain, providing financial guidance and support.
- Leading the forecasting process in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate and insightful P&L; forecasts, measuring actual delivery against those forecasts.
- Overseeing the monthly closing process and the preparation of insightful management reports, including the tracking of key performance indicators.
