Job Description
Position’s Objective & Summary:
The Area Sales Director plays a critical role in building the da Vinci surgical programs in India. Area Sales Director is responsible to drive the capital selling process end to end. They are responsible for developing and executing the short, and long term System sales strategy for India. This will include growing our Installed base in identified focus segments -National and Regional IDN’s as well as the Government sector. They will also be responsible for hiring, training, and development of a dynamic Intuitive India Capital Sales Team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for strategic planning and execution in alignment with the GM and other allied functions.
- Drive sales by analyzing territories and structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations to achieve quarterly and annual objectives for the region
- Build close and trustful relationships to the key decision makers, both on the surgery and the hospital management side
