Requirements
Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders, clients, and users to gather and document business requirements, business processes, and user needs.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Solution Design:



Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are met.
Documentation: Create clear and concise business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and process improvements.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring both sides have a explicit understanding of project goals, requirements, and progress.
Project Management Support: Assist in defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
