About the Role:
We are looking for a Strategy and Ops Lead – Operations who will help scale the operational backbone that powers Goodera’s global volunteering programs.

This role sits at the intersection of operations strategy, supply chain design, and vendor ecosystem development. The individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build efficient logistics systems, expand host communities,



and ensure consistently high-quality volunteering experiences.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex operational challenges, optimizing systems, and building scalable processes in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Host Community Expansion - Drive the expansion of Goodera’s global host community network by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing new hosts.
- Strategic Vendor Management - Develop and manage strategic relationships with vendors across logistics, materials procurement, and program delivery. Negotiate commercial terms, monitor performance, and ensure vendors consistently meet Goodera’s quality, cost, and delivery standards.
