Description
The Network Lead, NCR is responsible for expanding and monetizing the EV charging network across the NCR region from a sales, partnerships, and network P&L; perspective. This role owns landlord acquisition, commercial models, power readiness, and local stakeholder management. Once a site is commercially closed and power is landed, execution shifts to the Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Network Expansion & P&L; Ownership
- Own regional network growth targets, commercial performance, and contribution to network P&L.;
- Drive sales of multiple network models (owned, franchise, partner-led, revenue-share).
- Ensure locations meet financial benchmarks on rent, power costs, demand charges, and CAPEX viability.

Landlord & Partner Acquisition
- Through various channels & internal teams identify, pitch, negotiate, and close agreements with landlords, property owners, fleet operators, and businesses.
- Structure and close commercial terms aligned with central SOPs and pricing frameworks.
- Ensure that the team and all the channels always have a healthy pipeline of leads




- Act as the primary commercial relationship owner for all NCR network partners.

EV Power Liaison & Readiness
- Have a network of liaisoning contracts through internal team and third party vendors
- Liaise with DISCOMs to secure EV power connections across NCR territories.
- Engage and manage contractors for power application, approvals, and meter energization.
- Deeply understand DISCOM-wise rules, tariffs, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Relationship with DISCOM officers in the area
- Ensure power is landed within approved cost and timeline assumptions.

Location Scouting & Feasibility
- Setup parameters for network design and follow central SOPs here to help the team to scout and evaluate potential charging locations against commercial, technical, and regulatory criteria.
