Key Responsibilities

Deal-making and Asset Origination

Lead or co-lead site identification, land negotiation, and lease structuring for each venue - decisions that are largely irreversible and set the performance ceiling for the assets

Own the commercial terms of joint venture, development and anchor tenant agreements with partners including landowners, government bodies, and co-investors

Navigate government and regulatory relationships at state and municipal level — securing permissions, NOCs, and clearances that are on the critical path to construction commencement

Represent BMS Live in negotiations with global venue operators and entertainment

Capital and Financial Oversight

Collaborate with finance team to structure and maintain the capital stack across equity, co-investment, and project finance debt

Own the financial model at a strategic level: understand and be able to defend every material assumption across revenue (sponsorship, memberships, F&;B, ticketing commission) and cost (construction, operations, lease, debt service)

Lead investor reporting and relationship management — including board packs, quarterly updat
