We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help us to deliver our groundbreaking products. Responsibilities:
- System Ownership & Reliability: Design, build, and operate secure, reliable, performant, and cost-effective production systems critical to core business operations in both on-premise and cloud environments. Take full accountability for the features and services delivered.
- Code Quality: Lead code reviews, provide expert technical mentorship to other engineers, maintain a consistently high standard of code quality,



and continuously raise the engineering bar.
- Product Development Collaboration: Partner closely with business and product teams to translate requirements into well-defined, right-sized technical solutions and deliver them in a timely fashion.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across the full development lifecycle, including development, testing, release, and support processes.
- System Deep Dive: Cultivate a deep understanding of system behaviors, utilizing this knowledge to continually optimize and push the boundaries of system capabilities.

Required Skills:
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or in a similar skilled role.
- Cloud Solutions: 3+ years of hands-on experience working with and deploying cloud-based business solutions.
- AI Literacy: Ability to leverage AI and generative models as productivity tools, similar to a modern
