Job Description:
We are seeking a Collection Executive to handle both soft bucket and hard bucket collections for our loan portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers, ensuring timely recovery of dues, and maintaining good customer relations while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for overdue payments (soft and hard bucket accounts).
Conduct field visits and telephonic collections.
Negotiate and ensure timely repayment while maintaining professionalism.
Escalate chronic defaulters to the legal/recovery team when required.
Maintain proper MIS/reporting of collection activities.
Coordinate with the credit and operations team for account resolution.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Experience: 1–3 years in collections (preferably NBFC/Banking sector)
Skills:
Robust communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of soft and hard bucket collection practices
Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets
Other: Willingness for field collections (local travel within Ahmedabad)
