· Configure, customize, and manage Zoho
One suite applications, especially:
· Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Finance
Plus, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Marketing Plus, Zoho People Plus.
· Develop advanced automation using
Deluge programming language.
· Integrate Zoho applications with
third-party platforms via APIs.
· Collaborate with clients to
understand business requirements and deliver tailored Zoho solutions.
· Provide end-user training and create
documentation to help clients maximize the value of Zoho applications.
· Support clients in troubleshooting,
process optimization, and best practices adoption.
· Work closely with internal teams to
ensure smooth integration of Zoho apps with other tools and workflows.
Requirements
· 3–4 years of proven experience in
Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Finance Plus, Analytics, Marketing Plus,
People
Plus).
· Hands-on experience in Deluge
programming language.
· Robust knowledge of API integration
with third-party applications.
· Deep understanding of Zoho
customization, automation, workflows, and reporting.
· Excellent client interaction skills
with the ability to understand business processes.
· Ability to deliver effective training
sessions for clients and internal users.
· Strong problem-solving skills and
attention to detail.
Nice to Have
· Experience integrating Zoho apps with
multiple SaaS products and enterprise tools.
· Knowledge of business process mapping
and automation.
