- Should be able to debug the root cause of issue/bug and its impacts.
- Modular coding should be done for Code reusability.
- Should envisage the risks and proactively report to Team Lead.




- Should ensure smooth coordination with the Managers and Management.
- Adhering to Project Schedule.
- Should be able to learn recent technologies and implement.
- A better understanding of business logic.
- Unit testing for the given module should be completed along with necessary developer checklist.
- Escalating scope mismatch and scope creep on time.
