Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in Business Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A; within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
- Ability to drive cost optimization and provide actionable financial insights to business leaders.
- Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
- Solid team leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor finance professionals.
- Ability to drive financial governance, process improvements, and reporting excellence.
