Position
We are seeking an Intensivist in our state-of-the-art critical care unit. This role offers an opportunity to deliver life-saving care, collaborate with leading medical professionals, and advance your expertise in a energetic and patient-focused environment.

Qualifications
- Either (a) MD in Medicine or Anaesthesia with 1-2 years of experience in critical care, or (b) MD with fellowship in critical care
- 0-5 years experience in critical care of a reputed hospital

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care, including routine and emergency coverage, in the critical care unit.
- Perform critical care procedures such as central line insertion, IV channelization, and intubation, and operate critical care equipment such as ventilators.
- Ensure adherence to clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including responding promptly to changes in their condition and reporting complex health issues to the concerned consultant.
- Participate in daily rounds independently or alongside consultants,



following up on patient care plans and implementing necessary changes.
- Prepare accurate and detailed treatment sheets, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Assist in the assessment of new admissions to the ICU and manage pain relief protocols where required.
- Follow the department’s on-call and duty schedule as assigned.
