Job Purpose:
The role ensures effective IT operations, manages budgets, and oversees vendor relationships. It directs user support, network coordination, and data security efforts. Supervises teams, provides strategic training, and drives continuous improvement for optimized system performance and reliability.

IT Budgeting and Vendor Management:
- Understand and assist in formulating the IT budget concerning IT assets necessary for achieving strategic goals.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) for service providers assisting in IT service operations.
