- Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for coordinating, planning of pre assembly materials and ensuring the parts are available on time
- Work closely with vendors to plan & receive the required materials on time for assembly and spare orders.
- Selecting outside vendors for sending materials for machining.
- Work with vendors to resolve any issues related to machining and visit them, if required.
- Drawings review
- Machine drawings review




- VMC drawings review before machining
- Housekeeping & cleanliness in your respective departments
- Focus on time reduction and resource optimization.
- Implement 5S, TQM process improvements in machine assembly activity & prepare necessary posters/labels to sustain improvement projects.
- Shares report every month about recent practices implements along with its advantages. (Process, Resource, Time, Cost, etc)
- Reports to manager with daily production plan & actual work executed for each machine to be manufactured.
- Maintains proper documentation (checklist, pictures, etc) of manufactured machines.
- Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Management. Duties to be updated time to time depending on company’s requirement.
