- Maintenance and Upkeep of All IT Infrastructure
- Identify Scope and Develop of Recent IT Infrastructure and Automation Across Production and User Points
- Keep Organization Update on Latest IT Utilities and Relevant Technology Advancement
- IT Vendor Management and Procurement SOP
- Establish SLA for Internal Services
- Prepare and Manage IT Budget
- Team Development and IT Training to Upskill Users
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage LAN, WAN,



and VPN connectivity to ensure optimal network performance.
- Monitor network performance and identify issues using monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Provide on-call support for network-related incidents and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement network security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of security protocols to protect company data and network infrastructure.
- Monitor for potential security threats and respond to incidents as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, topologies, and network inventories.
- Prepare regular reports on network performance, incidents, and security events.
