- Design and implement an engaging onboarding experience for current clients.

- Engage with clients through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and refine processes to reduce project turnaround times, enhancing efficiency

Candidate Profile:
- Flawless communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn, to leverage for client projects and engagement.




- Proficient in using Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project tracking.
- Design skills using Canva are a bonus, enhancing the ability to contribute to content creation and project presentations.
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects calmly and effectively, maintaining high-quality standards under pressure.
