Key Responsibilities -
• Creative Conceptualization & Campaign Execution
Develop original visual concepts and direct the creative output across branding, marketing, event, and
digital campaigns ensuring consistency and quality across media.
• Design Strategy Alignment




Translate brand stories into visually engaging design languages that align with both client objectives and
target audience sensibilities—spanning ATL, BTL, digital, MICE, and experiential formats.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead, guide, and review the work of design team members; provide constructive feedback and ensure on-
brand, on-brief, and timely delivery of design assets.

• Event & Experience Design
Design creative visual assets for conferences, activations, exhibitions, and internal branding that resonate
emotionally and elevate the physical experience of spaces and events.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with copywriters, programmers, production teams, and client leads to translate concepts
into integrated campaigns with seamless narrative flow.
• Brand Custodianship & Internal Communication
Ensure brand identity is consistently maintained through all deliverables and internal touchpoints,
