Head of Strategy – Broadband Business
Role Overview
The Head of Strategy – Broadband Business will be responsible for driving long-term strategic planning, competitive positioning, growth acceleration, and transformation initiatives for the company’s broadband vertical. This role will shape market expansion, product strategy, partnerships, pricing models, and digital initiatives to enhance subscriber growth, ARPU, and profitability.
The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Network Operations, Product, Regulatory, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead 3–5 year strategic roadmap for the business.
• Identify growth levers across FTTH, enterprise broadband, and B2B solutions.
• Conduct deep market analysis including competitor benchmarking.
• Track pricing trends, bundling strategies, and customer acquisition models.
• Define pricing architecture and packaging strategy to improve ARPU, reduce churn, and enhance customer lifetime value.
• Monitor cost structures and operational efficiencies.




• Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities (M&A;, acquisitions of ISPs, fiber assets).
• Structure strategic partnerships with OTT, content, device, and infrastructure players.
• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards for broadband vertical.
• Conduct monthly business reviews (MBRs) with leadership.
• Provide actionable insights for course correction.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across sales and service.
• Market Share in Target Circles

Candidate Profile
Education
• MBA

Experience
• 12–18 years of experience in telecom/broadband/ISP industry.
• 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
