Vistex Lead Software Developer is responsible for managing all aspects of the product development and support. - Manage the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned projects, including planning, execution, delivery milestones, resource allocation, and software release management.
- Act as the Scrum Master for development teams by driving Agile/Scrum best practices and ensuring effective collaboration between developers, Product Owners, and QA teams.
- Track, monitor, and report project progress, development status, quality metrics, operational updates, risks, and system performance to leadership stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define system architecture, technical design strategies, scalability improvements, and development approaches.
