Team Overview
- The position in discussion is with the Tax Technology (ES) team consists of highly skilled resources that are dedicated to supporting our member firms, learning and deploying leading practices and innovative solutions, and helping our clients grow.
- Our team comprises software engineers, technical leads, architects, Business Analysts, PMs, testers, test architect, data scientists, data engineers etc. with strong technical and tax domain knowledge. Team builds data/engineering products and solutions for our tax business and clients. Client engagements are run leveraging these products & solutions
Responsibilities
The Role
- Working as an integral part of the Application Operations team, you will work closely with Support Analysts, Software Developers, Product teams, Service delivery teams & 3rd party suppliers to ensure the smooth running of key client assets across Tax & Legal. We are looking for someone with a background in technology, ideally to degree level to join an expanding team and be part of a new Technology capability.

Qualifications
- You may have …
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Desktop and Server operating systems
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL scripting and/or PowerShell scripting
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience of supporting bespoke software solutions
- First-hand experience of incident management & request fulfilment in an Application Support/2nd line context
- Release & Deployment experience
- Experience of Jira Service Management
- Experience of producing management in
