Role and responsibilities - for Store Incharge
- Documentation for daily dispatches including packing list etc.
- Responsible of Inventory Control.
- Monitor Stores stock levels and carry out periodic stock audit.
- Keep details of inventory of items and equipment within work area
- Ensure stores and workshop areas are clean and tidy and material is stacked group wise properly
- Updating non-moving stock.
- Updating balance materials from client orders
- Maintain the minimum stock level and preparing reports
- Should be able to handle stock software Tally (we will train)
- Warehouse safety and maintenance
- Dispatches with labour handling (only when required)
- Handling production on one laser machine
