The HR Recruitment Specialist will work closely with our experienced TA team, gaining hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, candidate management, and other aspects of the HR (Recruitment) lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Participate in resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
3. Support the recruitment team in coordinating interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
4. Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive and professional experience.
5. Help maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
7. Assist in generating recruitment-related reports and metrics.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
