Role:
- Closing of Monthly book of accounts (Should know InterCo reportings, RP reportings, Accounting of various debt instrument- Review and presentation of MIS Reports - including Standalone, Consolidated & other cash flow reports - Understand Reporting requirements with regard to Segment reporting / Cost centre Allocations / Other such Entities. -Conduct periodical ledger scrutiny, vouchers to ensure accuracy and completeness
-Ensure adequate controls for accounting process (Enterprise GL and Loan Management Software)
-Ensure all statutory compliances and regulatory compliances
-Manage internal / external stakeholders including Internal, External & other audits (Financial due diligence).
-Provide support on special projects and tasks.
Skills:
-Proficient in Tally ERP 9/Oracle and MS - Excel
-Leadership + Team player
-Solution oriented, Valuable communication Skills and Effective Stakeholder Management
-In depth knowledge & understanding of Accounting principles and RBI regulations
-Well versed with I-GAAP, IFC Implementation and IND AS.
Persona:
- Qualified CA with minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in a fast growing startup (Fintech / NBFC preferred) - Kickstarter & should be independently able to handle roles & responsibilities.
