"Remedy Knowledge, Unilever processes, Remedy Reports, willing nss to learn OTM and be IC on OTM functional, Good operation skill, communication skill, ready to work in shifts "
Should have a good understanding of OTM support, functionally and technically.
"Scope would be to deal with functional issues and technical for day to day Production Support. Scope of work wouldl include resolving the CEMLI Break-Fix issues as per SLAs, developing RECENT customizations as per client's requirement, coordinating with OnDemand for RFC Scheduling etc. Should be willing to work in night shifts.
