About the Role
The Coordinator, Talent & Growth (T&G;) – India plays a critical role in enabling the seamless delivery of onboarding and talent programs by managing all scheduling, coordination, and program operations across the T&G; portfolio. This role partners closely with the India Talent & Growth team to ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient execution of onboarding,



learning, and capability-building initiatives across the India business.

Operating in a quick-paced and high-growth environment, the role serves as the central coordination backbone for T&G; programs—ensuring strong planning discipline, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Manage end-to-end program scheduling and calendar coordination across onboarding and T&G; initiatives
- Coordinate with facilitators, business leaders, HR teams, and participants to align availability and schedules
- Maintain and track learning calendars and program timelines
- Ensure timely communication of schedules, updates, and changes to all stakeholders
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them
- Support onboarding program delivery through execution of all operational elements
