Define por?olio strategy and OKRs; translate into mul?-quarter roadmaps spanning web/app/partner channels. ? Ins?tu?onalize discovery; combine qualita?ve research (interviews, usability) with quan?ta?ve telemetry (funnels, NPS). ? Drive execu?on quality: EPICs, user stories, acceptance criteria; align architecture guardrails with Engineering (API-first, microservices). ? Co-own GTM and adop?on with Sales/Marke?ng; scale through API-led partner integra?ons; set and track commercial targets. ? Establish dashboards for success metrics (ac?va?on, MAU/WAU, conversion, claims TAT, reten?on); run experiments (A/B, usability) to improve outcomes—building on proven adop?on li?s. ? Lead and mentor PMs; codify product opera?ng rhythms (roadmap reviews, sprint rituals, priori?za?on frameworks). ? Govern risks, compliance, and stakeholder alignment; run quarterly business reviews.
