We're seeking a seasoned MERN Tech Lead who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical
roadmaps and participate in the architecture, design, and development of complex applications.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and functional specifications.
- Design, and develop client-side and server-side components using the MERN stack.
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.
- Responsible for solving complex technical issues.
- Ensure quality projects are delivered within defined timelines.
- Active involvement in client communication to understand functional requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to juniors within the team.
- Maintain high standards of quality for code, documentation, and other deliverables.
- Adhere to industry best practices and contribute to internal coding standards.

Preferred candidate profile




- 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing modern and secure web applications using Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and Redux.
- A good understanding of data schema, and data structures, and experience in MySQL (RDBMS) or MongoDB (NoSQL). Knowledge of Firebase will be an added advantage.
- Experience in using Unit Testing frameworks like JEST, and Mocha.
- Strong fundamentals in building scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices. Knowledge of GraphQL will be an added advantage.
- A good understanding of version controls tools like GIT and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
- Experience in documentation of functional and/or technical aspects of projects.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Positive to have: Angular or Vue or React Native or Flutter
