We are looking for Part time Freelance for below Servicenow requirment ( Daily 3 hours )
Requirment : Relevant ServiceNow exp should be 7+ yrs
- Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow Employee Experience Suite
- Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain employee journeys, case management workflows, and self-service portals.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Script Includes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and internal tools to support seamless employee experiences.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security best practices.
Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.
