Position Overview
The Senior Staff Developer,
Engineering – Endpoint leads the development and delivery of Arctic Wolf’s Aurora Endpoint product line, driving execution of high-quality, secure, and scalable endpoint solutions.
This role is responsible for a distributed engineering organization, including a well-established team based in Bangalore, India, delivering across multiple concurrent initiatives. The leader will ensure strong alignment with product strategy, consistent execution, and high-performing team dynamics across global teams.
A critical mandate of this role is to lead the adoption of AI-driven software engineering practices, enabling teams to leverage modern tooling to improve development velocity, code quality, and delivery outcomes.
