As a Senior Associate - HR Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in workforce consulting, focusing on human resources, talent management, and organizational development. You will analyze client needs and develop strategies to optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will specialize in strategic consulting services,
working closely with clients to analyze workforce trends and design talent acquisition, development, and retention programs that align with business objectives.
