JOB TITLE: Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Applications (Legal Portfolio)

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Systems Analyst – Corporate Applications (Legal Portfolio) will play a critical role in advancing Vertiv’s business operations through the strategic application of technology, with a key focus on supporting the Legal IT Portfolio. The primary objective is to ensure that IT systems are fully aligned with organizational goals. This alignment will drive greater efficiency, compliance, and visibility across the contract lifecycle, ultimately boosting productivity and overall business performance.

By blending technical expertise, business acumen, and robust communication skills, the BSA will lead cross-functional collaboration with teams across the company, and IT to gather requirements, participate in design conversations, and support the delivery of initiatives for the Legal IT Portfolio. The BSA will also play a vital role in identifying opportunities for automation and ensuring data accuracy and consistency for the systems used by the Legal team.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to define and analyze business requirements for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.

Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to leverage AI and automation for greater efficiency.

Documentation: Create detailed specifications to include functional requirements, process maps, and use cases, to guide the development and implementation process.

Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure that systems meet business needs and function as expected.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they understand how to use new systems effectively. Create user manuals and training materials as needed.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical tea
